Personal coaching and detailed progress checking

 

I’ll check in with you frequently to see how you’re doing and to answer any questions you have. Also, you can message me whenever you need. The program also tracks everything from your measurements to your consistency, so you can see just how much progress you’ve made.

That’s why I don’t follow fads. Instead, I’ll teach you doable daily actions that are designed to fit into a busy lifestyle. Online Coaching 

 

This is where your training program begins. Through our app, we deliver coaching customized to your specific needs. We will work together to figure out your fitness, nutrition and lifestyle goals. I'll coach you through how to make the 5 pillars of health (Nutrition, Movement, Sleep, Stress and Mindset) a normal part of your life starting with the areas you feel need the most attention. Lose weight, build muscle, improve athletic performance, body recomposition, or simply just feeling better. No matter your goal, we will come up with a plan to get you there. 

Made to Measure: This is a basic training and nutrition programming option. Good for those who don't want life style coaching and don't need a high level of accountability. You should have a solid understanding of exercise and nutrition but want a program built specifically for their goals.

Custom Fit: This programming option is built to introduce general habit and lifestyle coaching into your exercise and nutrition plan. Custom Fit is great for those that want a more holistic approach to their health and fitness and could use the extra accountability. 

Bespoke: For those that want it all. This programming option tailors every aspect to your specific needs. Bespoke is great for those that just want a complete road map to their fitness and lifestyle goals 

Weekly Check-ins:After a week of working through your action plan, we'll have come together for a virtual check-in. This is where we figure out what worked and didn't work for you the previous week and most importantly, why. Then we work together to come up with your action plan for the next week.

Workout Programming: Customizable workout programing is available

A science based, systematic approach created to teach you how to navigate the 5 pillars of health (Nutrition, Movement, Stress and Mindset) on your way to reaching your fitness goals. The curriculum takes 12 months to complete but don't let that scare you. You're not obligated to finish all 12 months. The curriculum is setup that way to make sure you have enough time to learn all of the skills and develop new habits that will last you a lifetime. 

Virtual Training Sessions: 

In Person Training Sessions: Daily lessons sent to you, designed to help you learn and develop healthy habits on your way towards your goals.

Bi-weekly Check-ins: You'll have two weeks to practices your new habits. Every two weeks, we'll do a virtual check-in.
